Try this chocolate smoothie to get your protein and carbs after your next workout.
Ingredients:
🌿 1 cup milk of choice (we like almond)
🌿 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
🌿 ¼ cup rolled oats
🌿 1 tbsp peanut butter
🌿 1 medium banana, frozen
🌿 1 tbsp chia seeds
🌿 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)
🌿 1-3 ice cubes
Method:
➡️ Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
➡️ Pour the smoothie into a glass or shaker and enjoy!
