✨ Go to bed and get up at the same time each day! Even on the weekends. This helps to set your body’s “internal clock”.
✨ Do relaxation exercises, meditation or read before bed to help calm your mind before sleep.
✨ Avoid Technology for at least 1 hour before you sleep. Light produced by smartphones, tablets, computers, televisions and gaming systems activates areas of the brain that suppress sleep.
✨ Avoid napping after 3pm and limit your naps to 30 minutes.
